I just placed my item, how long until it ships?

Our turnover times are 1-3 weeks. This can fluctuate during our busy season. If you have an important event or festival, we always recommend placing your order 4 weeks before your event. 

Can I return an item?

At this time, we are not accepting returns. Our items are made to order, so please read through all policies before placing your order and make sure your order is 100% what you want, including size and style. 

My package was lost in the mail, what do I do?

If your package is marked as delivered by USPS tracking, but you cannot find your package, please contact USPS immediately. They offer GPS tracking and should be able to give you specific information on where your package was lost. If you are still unable to locate the package, you can file a lost package claim with USPS. The Lyte Couture is not liable for a package that was lost after leaving our shop.

I received the wrong item/my item was damaged. Can I return it?

If you received the wrong item or your item was damaged upon arrival, you are able to exchange your item for the same or similar item. We do not cover the cost to return the item, but we will mail you the new item with no cost to you. When returning your item, you will need to include a note that includes your name, your order number, and any corrections that need to be made to your order. Returns can be sent to-

Are you taking custom orders?

We love taking on new projects and creating unique outfits. If you have a custom order inquiry, please contact us through our Etsy storefront- thelytecouture.com. You can message directly with our designers to bring your idea to life! Custom orders are subject to price changes depending on the costs of the items. 

I partied in my outfit, how do I wash it?

Our items are made durable so you can wear them many times. For the best results, all items should be hand washed in cold water. Lay flat to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry. Then party and repeat!

The ties on my top are super long, what do I do with them?

All adjustable tie tops and bottoms are made with extra long ties to fit more body types or styled in different, creative ways. They can be cut down and tied to any size that works best for your fit. 

I want to wholesale with The Lyte Couture, what do I do?

How do I become a brand rep?

If you love our brand and want become one of our reps, you can go to The Team page and submit some information about yourself.
